Do you have the success attitude? It’s the one Venus is referring to in her quote. The success attitude is the confidence in yourself to know you will create and succeed. Is this your typical way of looking at and living your life?

One of the biggest misconceptions people have is that you must be humble to succeed. Look at what Donald Trump is accomplished in the political arena. Whether you agree with his opinions or not, he has become the President of the United States of America. A great part of this is due to his confidence. He is willing to say and act on what most would never even consider.

His confidence is part of his appeal. He has a strong opinion which is what many others lack. Because of this strong opinion and passion for what he believes, others follow him.

This has been a shock to the U.S. media and many politicians who feel you must look to satisfy everyone and offend no one to be successful in this arena. It’s actually refreshing to see someone passionately believe and express their thoughts – whether you agree with them or not. Debate of thought is helpful for all willing to listen and learn. If all of our leaders would do this, we would have the country we all want.

The important piece to remember is this kind of confidence creates the success both Venus and Donald have in their lives. They have believed in themselves whenever no one else did. Having a strong self-image carries you through challenging times when others stop or quit their journey. This confidence creates the wins in your life through your dedication and perseverance.

The desire for unending confidence is one reason I recommend all my students do their Daily Dynamic Declarations. These affirmations are intended to program you in a positive way to instill more confidence. When was the last time you said yours out loud?

My recommendation, write out your Daily Dynamic Declarations. Read them at least twice each day. One time when you wake up and are getting ready for your day. This sets the perfect intention for what you want in your day. The other definite time is right before you go to bed. This programs your mind with the thoughts you want before going to sleep. Your subconscious mind then gets to work on internalizing these declarations as you sleep.

As an added bonus to fast forward the creation of your dream life, pick multiple times throughout the day to say them out loud too. Any time you want more confidence, read them out loud. Soon, you will have the confidence Venus talks about in her quote.

How do you view yourself?  Honestly, think about the thoughts which run through your head about you on an hourly, daily or weekly basis.  Are they empowering and building you up… or are they negative?

The image you have of yourself is the foundation for everything you do in life.  When your thoughts are positive, you build a strong foundation for your life.  This strong foundation allows you to build a great structure to create the results you want.

Creating your strong foundation can be accomplished through Dynamic Daily Declarations.  These are written statements spoken out loud about the way you see yourself or the way you are moving toward becoming.  These should always be positive in tone and focused on becoming the ideal you.  

These thoughts and spoken words program your mind in how you view yourself.  When you tell your mind you are a particular way, your mind will make sure your actions taken are in alignment with this programming.  Just like a computer, good information in (Dynamic Daily Declarations), good information out (results).

Write a list of your declarations today.  Choose them to powerfully.  They are the thoughts, your foundation, which your future results are built on.  

Once written out, speak them out loud at least twice per day – when you get up in the morning to set your intention for the day and before you go to bed to allow these thoughts to grow overnight in your brain.  To turbo-charge your results, add in multiple times throughout the day when you speak these out loud also.  

Continue to build your strong foundation to achieve the fantastic life you want.  You will be happy you put the effort into this.  Time to get to work now on shoring up your foundation!

How do you use your creative power within to achieve your goals, create wealth, health or happiness in life ?

One effective way to do is to use visualization. Tony Robbins said, ’what you visualize, you energize!’ and that’s true.

Your creative visualization power will motivate you toward your goal.

Creative visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life. Creative visualization activates your subconscious mind power to really attract what you desire into reality. Visualization activates the law of attraction to work for you.

Imagination is the ability to create an idea or mental picture in your mind. In creative visualization, you use your imagination to create a clear image of something you desire to manifest.

Continue to focus on the idea or picture regularly, giving it positive energy until it becomes real…in other words, until you actually achieve what you have been visualizing.

Your mental images of the things you ardently desire must be in minute details and clear. That is the secret of effective visualization.

Follow this 6 step process below on how to do creative mental visualization that get the result you want for your success, health, wealth, to make more money, enjoy a loving relationship or any other goal you have set .

1. Choose a quiet, peaceful and comfortable surrounding. Sit or lie down.

2. Relax yourself. This is very important for your visualization to get a positive result! Breathe slowly and deeply to reach a relaxed state. Your mind should be quiet and calm.

3. Now, mentally visualize the actions you have to perform in order to achieve your goals. Be as detailed as possible. Visualize yourself already in possession of your goals! This is the true secret an act of faith in what you so desired.

4. Use all your senses: taste, touch, hearing, sight, smell and even feeling to associate with what you have to do in your mental picture.

5. Say with conviction you can achieve these goals by working on your practical plan of action. Use positive self-affirmations that you can achieve it. Your self affirmations or self-talks do effect your subconscious mind and tap its power to achieve your goal.

6. Practice it daily. This visualization exercise may take only five minutes and it can do wonders in motivating yourself to perform with excellence and enthusiasm. Fix a suitable time and place to practice it daily. The most ideal periods are just before you sleep at night and just after you wake up in the morning.

Apply this effective creative visualization technique to achieve all the goals you have set for life. Creative visualization works when you really put it into daily practice to achieve success for life!

Happiness is fleeting… or is it?  Getting a new car, or getting a raise in salary can set your state of mind to make you feel happiness, but that happiness is not long-term. In a short period of time, the new wears off and you find yourself in the same state of mind you were in before you got the new car or the raise.  Uhg… now what do we do?  Most begin the quest for yet another external thing or event to make them feel that state of happiness again… and again… and again.  The cycle becomes never ending and the feelings continue to be fleeting at best.

In order to truly be happy, you need to decide you’re going to be happy. It’s about making a conscious decision to enjoy the good things in life and allowing yourself to let go of the things you have no control over. Here are the top 10 secrets to changing the way you look at life and allowing the happiness to flow more easily.

1. Stop worrying about what other people think.  Do other people create the happiness in your life?  Do other people give you your happiness?  No!  It’s up to you to decide to be happy.  Make a conscious decision to do what makes you happy in life.

2. Too often we let our fears of change get in our way of true happiness.  Facing your fears not only helps you to realize your true happiness, but it builds confidence in you with each new experience, which creates even more happiness in your life.

3. We spend entirely too much time worrying about things that we have no control over. Bad things happen to us all, but our reaction to any given situation will determine the way we feel about them. Let go of the stress and the anxiety over things you have no control over and you’ll allow yourself to enjoy the things that do matter.

4. Spending a few minutes a day alone in a quiet place can clear the mind and change your entire outlook on life. Letting go of the noise in your head allows you to more clearly focus on what matters in your life.

5. Many people spend so much time focusing on what they feel they cannot do, they forget to look at their strengths. Choosing to focus on your strengths gives you permission to have a purpose in your daily life. Give yourself permission to feel your purpose in life and you’ll feel the happiness expand daily.

6. Everywhere we look there is bad news; newspaper, local news, radio, etc. If a given situation does not directly pertain to you, decide to release it and find positive things to focus your energy on.  (Or choose to not let the information in at all by turning off the TV and radio not read the newspaper.  If there is news that will directly impact your life, you will hear about it soon enough.)

7. Most of us have that little voice in our head that tells us we can’t, we’re not good enough or we aren’t capable.  That negative self talk is zapping your positive energy.  It’s stealing the happiness you deserve.  A great way to quiet the negative self talk is by using positive affirmations.

8. Get excited.  Dance to the music of your life.  Literally turn on the radio and get up and dance.  You’ll feel better instantly.

9. Don’t ask life for a penny and expect $100.  You determine what you’re going to get out of life.  Believe in yourself with absolute certainty.  Believe that what you want is already coming in your life.  Your absolute certainty that life is what you want it to be will open the doors to allow happiness to flow smoothly into your life.

10. It is important that you spend time each day focusing on what you have to be grateful for. Take a look around you and realize everything you already have to be grateful for and the universe opens the doors to bring more good things into your life.

Ultimately it’s up to you to decide to be happy. Happiness is simply a choice that you make. Make the choice today to let go of the negative aspects of life and let the sun shine on your life. Decide today that you’re going to create true happiness in your life.

Our mindset is the one thing that is the determining factor when it comes to being successful in any area of life.  A strong mindset protects against negative thoughts or attitudes from holding you back or making you feel inadequate.  Those kinds of thoughts can and will keep you “stuck” right where you are, preventing you from reaching your fullest potential.  A positive mindset, on the other hand, will put you exactly where you want to be.

The right attitude will open doors of opportunity that have always seemed to be locked.  A positive attitude will lift you up and energize you. It will give you confidence that will show in everything you do.  That can-do attitude will give you that promotion you’ve been wanting for, or let you make that presentation a success.  Maybe you want to start a business but you’re afraid to take that leap. That’s the negative mindset holding you back. You’ll never do anything with those thoughts in control.  You can have your own successful business; there are plenty of successful business owners out there.  They are positive thinkers who don’t dwell on the negative things. That’s not to say they don’t sometimes worry, and yet the positive thinker will always see it through and find a way. Unlike the negative thinker, who would just give up and blame it on their situation, or on society or anything other than themselves. Through their actions they are saying,  it is easier to do that than try to change.  What they find (often too late) is it actually is much harder; Their life challenges continue and it takes a lot of energy to come up with all those excuses, and to explain to everyone why you failed.

Changing your mindset can be as easy as telling yourself you can do it. Tell yourself everyday that you’re good enough and you’re smart enough and you will succeed at the business or dream you have! This is called Self-affirmation, and is a powerful tool for change. You need to lift yourself up and believe in yourself.  Know that you can do anything you set your mind to! Don’t think of it as being boastful or bragging, it’s just that you have to lift yourself up and not wait for someone else to do it for you.  Just do it and be consistent with it. In no time at all, you’ll see a big change in yourself for the better; in your attitude, mood, and confidence levels. You’ll be well on your way to achieving more of the things you want out of life!
